Areas for improvement:
There is really not much sound proofing. There is a small café/bar in the lovely courtyard and if you need to sleep in the afternoon/evening, it can be challenging. Personally I didn't mind it at all ...

Excellent spot if you have drinks at the black rabbit before going to bed.....the room is just 10 feet away! Kind of noisy during the summer season - best to wait at the bar until it closes....
